Yes. If you join during early access and keep your subscription active, you keep your founding price.
When early access closes, new customers will join on public pricing. Existing founding customers keep their founding rate as long as their subscription stays active.
Founding Member annual gives you full access to Eeagli on the best-value plan. It includes the full chart studio workflow, publishing tools, and 30 monthly credits for published outputs.
Founding Member monthly gives you the same core product access and the same monthly credit allowance, but with monthly billing instead of an annual commitment. It is for customers who want more flexibility at the start.
Annual gives you the strongest value. It lowers your effective monthly cost, locks in the best founding rate, and suits teams that already expect to publish regularly.
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time. Your annual plan starts from the next billing cycle.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next renewal date. Annual plans run for the paid annual term and can be changed before renewal.
Credits are used for finished published outputs. Editing, previews and static exports are free.
Yes. In-editor previews are free.
A published interactive chart uses 1 credit.
A final video export uses 3 credits.
No. Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Yes. You can buy top-up credits if you need more publishing capacity before your next monthly reset.
No. Purchased top-up credits stay on your account and do not expire.
Once your included monthly credits are used, new published outputs will draw from any top-up credits on your account. If you have no top-up credits left, publishing pauses until you add more credits or your monthly credits reset.
Founding Partner is for organisations that want hands-on support from day one. It includes founder-led onboarding, tailored team setup, custom templates, branding support, live training, and direct help getting your first outputs published faster.
Founding Partner is best for organisations that want a guided rollout, help setting teams up properly, or direct support during onboarding and first publication.
Enterprise plans are arranged separately for organisations that need governance, procurement support, custom billing terms, rollout planning, or broader team requirements.
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Available payment methods depend on your region and the payment options Stripe supports at checkout.
Yes. Invoices and billing records are available in your account once billing is active.
Tax is added where required at checkout. You will see the final amount before payment is confirmed.
