Why is founding pricing lower than the planned public price?
Founding pricing is for early customers who join before the wider launch. It rewards teams that come in early and helps us roll out access in a more controlled way. The planned public price is higher.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. You can move from monthly to annual at any time. Your annual plan will start from the next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Once your included monthly credits have been used, new published outputs will draw from any top up credits on your account. If there are no top up credits left, publishing will pause until more are added.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over.
Do top up credits expire?
No. Purchased top up credits stay on your account and do not expire.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. The payment methods available to you will depend on your region and what Stripe supports at checkout.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices and billing records are available in your account once billing is active.
Is VAT or sales tax included?
Tax is added where required at checkout. You will see the final amount before payment is confirmed.
How do enterprise plans work?
Enterprise plans are arranged separately and can include custom billing terms, procurement support, governance requirements and team rollout support.
