Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically: monthly plans each month, annual plans each year. Displayed prices include applicable taxes.

You can cancel any time before your next renewal from your account's Usage & billing area. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for; you are not charged again after cancelling.

Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over. Purchased top-up credits stay on your account and do not expire while your account remains active.

Subscription and top-up payments are generally non-refundable once access or credits have been provided, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error or Eeagli materially failed to provide the paid service, email hello@eeagli.com. We will review the circumstances and confirm the outcome in writing.

Self-service checkout is provided securely by Stripe. The checkout page identifies the entity responsible for the transaction and shows the final currency, applicable tax and total before you confirm payment. Available payment methods depend on your location and purchase.
